Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals

Sustainable Development Goals

Clear Neutral is committed to supporting the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through our carbon offset initiatives and our work in the lab grown diamond industry. These goals, established in 2015, guide nations towards achieving a better and more sustainable future by 2030.

Partnerships for the Goals aims to strengthen global partnerships for sustainable development. The goal recognises the need for collaboration and cooperation among governments, civil society, and the private sector to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

Goal 17 focuses on enhancing international cooperation, capacity-building, and resource mobilisation to support developing countries in their efforts to achieve sustainable development. It calls for the promotion of multi-stakeholder partnerships, knowledge-sharing, and technology transfer. The goal emphasises the importance of fair and predictable trade and financial systems, as well as increased access to affordable technologies and knowledge.

Additionally, Goal 17 encourages the implementation of effective policies and strategies to support developing countries, including debt relief, investment promotion, and capacity-building initiatives. It also highlights the role of data monitoring and accountability mechanisms in tracking progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals. By achieving this goal, societies can promote global collaboration, foster innovative partnerships, and mobilise resources to accelerate progress towards sustainable development.
