Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions

Sustainable Development Goals

Clear Neutral is committed to supporting the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through our carbon offset initiatives and our work in the lab grown diamond industry. These goals, established in 2015, guide nations towards achieving a better and more sustainable future by 2030.

Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions aims to promote peaceful and inclusive societies, provide access to justice for all, and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels. The goal recognises that peace, justice, and effective governance are essential for sustainable development.

Goal 16 focuses on reducing violence, crime, and corruption, and promoting the rule of law and accountable institutions. It calls for the promotion of peaceful and inclusive societies, ensuring equal access to justice, and protecting fundamental freedoms. The goal emphasises the need to build effective, transparent, and accountable institutions at all levels, as well as to strengthen the capacity of institutions for conflict prevention, peace building, and the promotion of human rights.

Additionally, Goal 16 promotes inclusive and participatory decision-making processes, public access to information, and the protection of fundamental freedoms and human rights. By achieving this goal, societies can foster peaceful, just, and inclusive societies, enhance the rule of law, and ensure equal access to justice for all.
